What a Coimbatore software project usually is

Cost tracks scope, not company size. A focused internal tool - a few screens, one integration, role-based access - is a two to four week build. A billing or inventory system with GST, e-invoice and Tally export is typically four to eight weeks. A full ERP module set covering purchase, production, stock and dispatch runs three months or more and is better delivered in stages that each go live.
Payments are milestone-based against the written scope. There is no monthly licence for something I built for you, and no per-seat charge for adding a staff member.
What you get and what you own
The source code, the database and the deployment are yours. Repository access is handed over at the end, not held as leverage, and the stack is deliberately ordinary - React, Python or Node, Postgres - so any competent developer can pick it up if you later hire in-house or move to an agency.
Delivery includes a walkthrough session with the staff who will use the system, written documentation of anything non-obvious, and a support window for the defects that only surface once real data goes in.
Working with a developer directly
Coimbatore has no shortage of software firms, and for a large project with several parallel workstreams one is the right answer. For a single well-defined system, the layer between you and the person writing the code costs money and information in both directions.
